Beach Outreach Program Feedback Form

Hello! The Coastal Zone Program for the City of Encinitas has established a Coastal Outreach Program with the purpose of creating a pathway for direct communication between the City and the public. This survey has been created to serve as a method for feedback from the public as well as make the process of communication clear. By answering these questions, the City will gain a better understanding of what concerns/questions are held by the community. Your responses will also be used to help inform future decision making (projects, policies, education, outreach, etc.) as we get a better understanding of how Encinitas' coastline is viewed and utilized.

There are both required and optional aspects to this survey, and these are clearly labeled. The inclusion of any personal information is optional, but highly encouraged, especially if you would like to be contacted about any questions/concerns. Thank you for your time and help! We appreciate your insights and feedback. - City of Encinitas, Coastal Outreach Program
