IMPACT Family Advisory Group

The IMPACT Family Advisory Group is envisioned to be a space rooted in connection, belonging, lived experience, and shared influence. Together, community members and Wilder leaders will help strengthen the bridge between families and Wilder — sharing wisdom, building relationships, and helping shape the organization’s work in ways that lead to impact we can see.

We are seeking community members with a wide range of lived experiences, perspectives, identities, and relationships to Wilder and the broader community. You do not need prior advisory or professional experience to participate. We value lived experience, care for community, curiosity, honesty, and a willingness to learn and grow alongside others.

This form is an opportunity for us to get to know you and understand what participation in the IMPACT Family Advisory Group could look like for you.

This form takes about 10–15 minutes to complete. Some questions invite you to reflect on your experiences, so feel free to go at whatever pace feels right for you.
