2026 Recognized Educational Partner - Renewal Cycle

C-TECC is officially kicking off the 2026 Recognized Educational Partner cycle! If you wish to maintain your status as a C-TECC Recognized Educational Partner, please follow the steps below by Friday, January 30.


Upon submission of the renewal form below, the Committee will review. Please allow at least 10-14 business days for review as submissions will be high during the renewal period.


Once approved, the Committee will notify your organization of renewal for the upcoming calendar year and provide the 2026 red logo and frontmatter slide.


If not approved, the Committee will reach out to request any missing or additional information in order to complete processing of your renewal.


If your organization does not submit a renewal request form by the deadline above, your organization will be removed as a Recognized Educational Partner until the information is received.

Step #1: Please review the 2026 Copyright License Agreement. As a renewing partner, there is no need to sign and submit. You will digitally sign the updated agreement below as part of your submission.

Step #2: Waiver Eligibility - REQUIRED


This section is required for any organizations who are applying for a waiver or exemption from the annual royalty fee. Eligible organizations are not required to pay the annual fee and may include government (federal, state, regional, local, and territorial), public safety, non-profit, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) who do not charge tuition for training.
