TSAHC Participating Lender Registration 2026

Please follow the steps below to become an approved lender for 2026.



1.) Complete Lender Registration below to provide preferred contact information.


  • Corporate Contact: Receives Annual Renewal Notice and Agreements
  • Web Administrator: Creates employee logins to the LoanDock lender portal
  • MCC IRS Reporting: Receives MCC IRS reports from TSAHC
  • TSAHC Expert: Assists employees with internal LOS and processes


2.) Submit payment.

TSAHC requires lenders to renew their participation at the end of every calendar year. TSAHC does not have minimum production requirements to remain in good standing. Once agreements and payment are received, an approval email will be sent within 2 business days. Please email homeownership@tsahc.org with more questions.
