Auburn Area CONNECT Businesses Award Categories

The following categories are open for nomination for the Auburn Area CONNECT Businesses Awards. Nominators and Nominees do not need to be Auburn Area CONNECT Members.

Community Service Award

This award recognizes an organization that goes above and beyond its core operations to uplift individuals, strengthen neighborhoods, and create lasting positive impact. Their contributions reflect a strong dedication to enriching and supporting the local community and a genuine passion for making a difference.

Destination Business Award

This award recognizes organizations whose events, experiences, or unique offerings draw visitors from near and far, contributing to the city’s vibrancy and economic vitality. Creating memorable attractions and/or events that bring people together and showcase the Auburn Area as a destination worth exploring.

Wellness Award

This award honors an organization that prioritizes wellness through thoughtful programs, policies, or initiatives that promote physical, mental, or emotional health. Their efforts reflect a deep commitment to supporting the health and well-being of individuals and the community.


Experience Award

This award recognizes an organization that goes beyond transactions to create welcoming, positive, and memorable experiences at every touchpoint. Their commitment to delivering exceptional interactions for both customers and fellow businesses fosters meaningful relationships that build trust and loyalty.


Impact (Bill Kyle) Award

This award recognizes a business or individual who has made an outstanding and lasting impact on the Auburn Area through dedicated advocacy for business, education, and/or community. Their efforts reflect a lasting influence that helps the Auburn Area continue to grow and thrive.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Please submit a completed nomination form with the information below. A business may be nominated for multiple categories. Submissions must be in by May 14, 2026. All Auburn Area businesses are eligible — judges will determine winners based on the content, impact, and relevance to the award for which they are nominated.
