2026 DBIA Liberty Region Conference 

Call for Speakers


The DBIA Liberty Region is holding their Annual Region Conference on September 15 and 16 at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Allentown Lehigh Valley.


DBIA members in good standing are encouraged to submit proposals for conference workshop sessions. The conference provides a platform for experienced, knowledgeable, and well-spoken industry experts to highlight key aspects of Design-Build project delivery. Be an integral part of the team, as we educate and promote the value of Design-Build project delivery and the effective integration of design and construction services to enhance the value proposition for owners, practitioners, and everyone in our community.

General Rules for Presentations 


  • DBIA Liberty Region does not endorse commercial products nor advocate for specific legislation.
  • Speakers may not sell, promote, or otherwise provide significant exposure to any company’s or organization’s materials, products, or services.
  • Speaker availability must be confirmed prior to presentation submission. If a session is accepted, cancellations are strongly discouraged.
  • Presentation proposals must clearly outline the learning objectives and what attendees will gain by participating in the session.
  • All presentations must be 60 minutes in length.
  • Submissions will be reviewed by the DBIA Liberty Region Conference Committee and participants will be notified by June 15.
  • Speakers will agree to pay a reduced registration fee of $110 and will be responsible for their own transportation and lodging expenses
