Wig Fittings - Appointment with our social worker to help choose the right wig for you (type of hair, size, style, color, and wig care)
Individual, Couples and Family Counseling - Counseling services for the cancer patient, cancer survivor, and their caregivers and loved ones that need support
Cancer Support Group - This group is for those who have been diagnosed with any type of cancer
Caregiver Support Group - This group is to allow family and friends time to talk about their experience related to cancer and caregiving
Book Club - Reading group that meets once a month to talk about a book they've read and share insights
CSS Art Night - Monthly art class at various studios in the Valley
Pilates - Weekly classes at the Pilates Scene studio to help with strength, muscle, and range of motion
Tai Chi - Weekly classes at the Logan Health Fitness Center to help with strength and core muscles of back and belly
Aqua Zumba - Weekly swim classes at the Logan Health Fitness Center
J-Walking - Weekly walking group around the hospital campus
CSS Active Outings - Local active excursions such as hiking, kayaking, and horseback riding
