As you might be aware, the Ontario government has extended the temporary relief measures from the termination and severance provisions of the Employment Standards Act, 2000 (ESA) until September 25, 2021.


ORHMA has been active on this file in advocating continuous extensions since COVID-19 began. In pursuit of a further extension to the end of 2021 we are asking you to answer the following questions to support our work on this on behalf of Ontario's hospitality industry.
