The relationship between municipalities and their local RCMP detachment is about more than public safety, it's a partnership that helps communities thrive. The RCMP Heritage Centre's Princess Royal Walkway provides a unique opportunity for municipalities to recognize that partnership and demonstrate their support for the people who serve their communities every day. 

By purchasing a brick as part of the SUMA mural, municipalities can "stake their claim" on this national landmark and celebrate the shared commitment between local governments and their RCMP detachments. With a charitable donation of $270, SUMA members can purchase a commemorative brick at an exclusive 10% discount from the regular $300 price. Participating municipalities will be recognized with a commemorative brick within the SUMA mural, which will be unveiled in 2027.

A tax receipt will be issued for each charitable donation. The Friends of the Mounted Police CRA Charitable Number is 119383073RR0001.
