Please complete one Publishing Agreement

for each of your Presentations/Panel Discussions.

This is an agreement between the International Society for Micropiles (ISM) (“Publisher”) and Author (“Author”).

1. The Author allows ISM to publish their paper, on ISM’s website.
2. The Author keeps ownership of the paper.
3. The Author confirms the paper is original, does not infringe on others’ rights, and contains no illegal content.
4. The Author agrees that ISM will not pay the Author for the Paper.

Note: Submission of this form constitutes an agreement

between ISM an Author.
