NHBSR Peer Impact Networks Application

Please fill out this form to apply to NHBSR's Peer Impact Networks. Applications will be reviewed based on available spots in the groups and the qualifying guidelines listed below. Groups are limited to 18 members.


  • Peer Impact Networks are peer-led exchanges: NHBSR's groups are designed to facilitate meaningful and impactful exchanges among professionals who share similar passions and responsibilities. Through peer-driven discussions, best practice sharing, and interactive workshops, members learn from each other's experiences, gaining valuable insights that inform their strategies.
  • Quarterly Meetings: Peer Impact Network’s group ground rules and future meeting dates and times are to be discussed and agreed upon in the initial meeting. The initial in-person meeting takes place mid to late October 2023, at Ripple Effect Studio (Manchester, NH).


Guidelines

  • The Peer Impact Network is designed by job function. The participant has to be responsible or directly involved in this function within the organization. 
  • Chatham House Rule applies: participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed.
  • The group will decide when to allow new participants to join if space is available.
  • Active participation: attendance is required in both in-person and virtual meetings, absences would disqualify the participant from further participation, and subscription fees are nonrefundable.
  • Mutual respect.
  • Powerful communication.
  • NO SELLING!
  • Annual Fee is $600 per participant.
  • Maximum two representatives from one member organization to participate in each Peer Impact Network.
