Platform to Employment (P2E) is designed to put Connecticut's residents back to work. The program provides job search assistance, career coaching, and paid work experience. P2E offers the resources to strengthen skills and gain employment.

Since 2011, P2E has achieved an 80% success rate in helping people return to work. Funded by the Connecticut Department of Labor, P2E is made available at no cost to eligible Connecticut residents.

P2E is open to Connecticut residents who have been unemployed 27 weeks or more OR have exhausted their unemployment benefits. Applicants must have a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED.
