Part 1: In-Person Events & Meetings

1. If the Council were to resume in-person events (such as Congressional Roundtable Breakfasts which attract upwards of 100 guests) this fall, would you feel comfortable attending?
2. Does your business/organization have any policies in place that would restrict you from attending in-person events, such as size of gathering?
3. Does your business/organization have any policies that would restrict you from attending events outside of your home state (i.e. in another New England state or in Washington, DC)?
4. Does your business/organization have any policies in place that would restrict you from participating in business meetings with individuals outside your organization (i.e. business breakfast/lunch/coffee meetings)?

Part 2: Return to Work Plans

1. Does your business/organization anticipate your office/workspace will be fully reopened at 100% capacity, or will your organization establish a hybrid workplace going forward?
2. If your office is returning to full capacity, when do you anticipate that happening?
3. Prior to the pandemic, did your business/organization allow employees the option to work remotely at least part time?
4. As COVID restrictions lift and offices are able to resume full capacity operations, will your business/organization offer employees the option to work remotely?
