THE BRIGHTSIDE 12-POINT SCORING SYSTEM 12 POINTS REQUIRED TO QUALIFY The Brightside Interview–Discovery Qualifier begins the nomination process. Nominees must successfully complete or demonstrate participation in all 12 qualification areas to achieve a 12/12 Brightside Qualification Score and qualify for final consideration for a 2026 Brightside Review & Speaker Award.

I voluntarily agree to participate in the 2026 Brightside Review and Speaker Award nomination and evaluation process, including the Brightside 12-Point Scoring System and applicable participation requirements.

I understand and agree that:

1. Nomination Is Not an Award Guarantee.

Submission of a nomination, acceptance of a nomination, participation in Discover Brightside programming, or completion of individual scoring criteria does not by itself guarantee receipt of an award. Nominees must satisfy the applicable qualification requirements, including the Brightside 12-Point Scoring System.

2. Information Must Be Accurate.

I certify that information, credentials, accomplishments, sales figures, professional claims and other materials submitted in connection with this nomination are accurate to the best of my knowledge. Discover Brightside may request supporting information or documentation when appropriate.

3. Participation & Scoring.

I understand that qualification may include interviews, reviews, speaking appearances, Fireside Chats, networking, YouTube/video podcast participation, social-media engagement, public reviews or testimonials, Brightside editorial or website features, Marketplace/promotional participation, and review by Brightside jurors.

4. Media & Promotional Permission.

By participating, I authorize Discover Brightside, Brightside Worldwide Inc. and BWSTUDIOZ to use my submitted name, professional title, company name, biography, headshot, book/product information, approved logos, interview footage, recordings, quotes and participation-related materials for award administration, editorial coverage and promotion of the nominee, the awards program and Discover Brightside programming, subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions.

5. Publicity & Recognition.

I understand that nominations, nominee badges, interviews, award announcements, photographs, video clips and related recognition may be published or distributed through Discover Brightside websites, video podcasts, YouTube, social media, blogs, magazines, Brightside Wire, Marketplace materials and other Brightside media and promotional channels.

6. Release & Limitation of Liability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, participation in the nomination and awards process is voluntary and is subject to the releases, limitations of liability, disclaimers and other provisions contained in the Discover Brightside Terms & Conditions. Nothing in this acknowledgment is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Program Changes.

Award categories, programming, appearances, promotional opportunities, schedules and ceremony details may be modified when reasonably necessary. Discover Brightside will communicate material program changes when appropriate.
