Southern Caregiver Resource Center's Caregiver TLC program provides caregivers with strategies to cope with personal stress and better manage behaviors and moods characteristic of dementia. Our proven techniques help to alleviate the isolation and frustration associated with caregiving while strengthening self-care practices. These classes are offered free of charge to eligible registrants.
