Celebrate those who exemplify the spirit of Stephens College.  

Each spring, during Alumni Weekend, we come together to honor alumni who embody the very best of Stephens College. The Alumni Awards recognize individuals who inspire us all through their remarkable achievements and enduring dedication to the College. We invite you to nominate a fellow Stephens graduate who deserves to be celebrated for their contributions and impact. 

You may nominate an alumna anytime during the year, the cutoff each year is October 1st, then winners are announced at the annual Alumni Weekend in April each year. You may also send additional documents and letters of support to alums@stephens.edu. Nominations and materials are confidential. If you email supporting documents, please clearly label the message and content as support for your nominee.

Jean Clinton Roeschlaub '44 Alumni Service Award:

Named in memory of Jean's incredible legacy of service, this award honors alumni who have shown exceptional commitment to promoting and advancing Stephens College. Jean's inspiring leadership included serving as the Alumnae Association Board president, a member of the Board of Trustees, and the first alumna chair of the Board. Jean was one of the TEN IDEALS.

Forcefulness - Tried ability in office, especially as evidenced by success in tactfully influencing others to work, and in exerting a wide and constructive influence over the campus as a whole.
