Emerging Professionals Employee Survey

BendNEXT is conducting a survey to better understand the experiences, opportunities, challenges, and leadership aspirations of emerging professionals in Central Oregon.


The purpose of this survey is to help inform future workforce development, leadership programming, and community connection opportunities in our region.


Responses are anonymous and will be shared only in aggregate form.
