With a team of local volunteer champions, we are planning activities throughout the summer, culminating in a volunteer fair in the fall. Help us make sure it is designed with your needs in mind.

SECTION 5: Finding Caregivers and Community Connectors

The Caregivers in the Hills program is a FREE program established by Hills of Headwaters Collaborative Ontario Health Team and its Community Wellness Council to support unpaid caregivers in Dufferin/Caledon as a critical part of the health and social care team of their loved one or someone they care about. Promoting a positive partnership between unpaid caregivers and the health care community will ultimately improve outcomes for both caregivers and their loved ones. Learn more here.
