This esteemed award recognizes an individual who has demonstrated exceptional commitment, dedication, and contributions as a volunteer, making a significant impact on the Indianola community through their selfless service.
This award will be presented at the Indianola Chamber of Commerce Annual Celebration at Hubbell Hall at Simpson College on January 19, 2024.
Criteria for the Award are as follows:
- Service Excellence: Exhibit outstanding dedication and excellence in volunteer service, contributing time and effort to various activities, programs, or events that benefit the Indianola community.
- Impactful Contributions: Showcase tangible and impactful contributions made through volunteer work, whether in supporting local initiatives, charities, the Chamber or community organizations.
- Positive Community Influence: Illustrate a positive influence on the community, fostering a sense of unity, goodwill, and community spirit through volunteer activities.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Show effective collaboration and teamwork with other volunteers, organizations, and community members to achieve common goals.
- Inspiration to Others: Serve as an inspiration to others, motivating individuals to actively engage in volunteer activities and make a positive impact on the Indianola community.
Submission Details: Please complete the nomination requirements below must be submitted below no later than January 5th at 5 p.m. Late and incomplete submissions will not be considered.
