How do you feel about your workplace? Please tell us!

If you wish, we will tell your manager for you, keeping your identity confidential

After we read Tristin Kate Smith's "Letter to My Abuser," about the work experiences that preceded her death by suicide, we feared Tristin was not alone. We thought we should check in with nurses to see how they felt. How many nurses feel dispirited, or want to leave their jobs? What are the main issues? We would like to raise awareness by sharing through our public media. And hospital managers need to know, so they can change things. If you wish, we will help you tell them, keeping your identify strictly confidential.

Below are some questions we've written to help elicit how you feel about your clinical setting. None of the questions are required, except for where you work and where to send your thoughts, if you would like us to do so. Comments do not have to match the questions asked. Each box has a 500 character limit, but if you have something that doesn't fit in one box, just put it in the next one. Or please feel free to just email your thoughts to us at [email protected].

When we send your responses to the person/people you ask us to, we promise not to do any editing except for typos, but we reserve the right to not send any responses that are inappropriate. Thank you for voicing your concerns.
