NOTE: We are not soliciting applications for keynote presentations or paid speakers at this time

If I am selected as a speaker at the 2027 Amusement Expo in Las Vegas, I agree to the following: 

• I allow AEI to record audio of my presentation
• I allow AEI to transcribe the audio of my presentation and use selected quotes of content in promotional materials
• I allow AEI to take photos during my presentation
• I allow AEI to use photos in promotional materials
• I will submit my bio, headshot, topic title and description by September 1, 2026
• I will create all presentations and handouts using official AEI branded templates
• I will submit presentations, handouts and any other promotional materials by December 1, 2026 for AEI review and approval

In return, AEI agrees to: 

• Provide AEI branded PowerPoint template by September 1, 2026
• Create a set of social media assets featuring the speaker using AEI branding. Speaker may use for self-promotion beginning November 1, 2026 
• Provide professional photos from the event within 7 days of the conclusion of AEI 2027
• Promote speaker name and topic within an email blast and social media post prior to the event

Please Note: Selecting a submission is NOT a guarantee that you will be a speaker or that your presentation topic will be included on the Expo Education Program. Amusement Expo asks that no promotion, press releases or other communication by selected speakers be conducted before Expo finalizes its printed materials on the program.
