THREADS 2026 - Call for Papers & Presenters

The Sonoma County Department of Health Services is hosting the 2nd annual statewide THREADS Behavioral Health Bridge Housing Statwide Collaborative Symposium November 16-18, 2026 in Santa Rosa, CA.



Our theme for 2026 is: From THREADS to Fabric: Moving Systems from Concept to Practice


This year we are moving beyond planning and into implementation – highlighting practical strategies, cross-system collaboration, and innovative models for assisting unhoused individuals with behavioral health, substance use disorder and/or housing needs. We invite you to submit implementation-focused presentations and papers that highlight real-world solutions, data driven approaches, and innovations in Behavioral Health, Homelessness, and Substance Use Disorder treatment. To learn more about the THREADS symposium, check out the THREADS Synthesis Report, highlighting the themes from THREADS 2025 and areas for action identified by attendees from across the state.
