Emerging Leaders Program trains people with disabilities and their family members to become advocates and leaders for the disability/disabled community. This training is for self-advocates and their families, from all backgrounds and ethnicities who are interested in leadership in their communities and state. 


The Emerging Leaders Program is a 5 part leadership training. Sessions will take place virtually on Zoom on Thursdays from 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm:


  • May 11 - Training 1: Orientation
  • May 18 - Training 2
  • May 25 - Training 3
  • June 1 - Training 4
  • June 8 - Training 5



To be accepted into the Emerging Leaders Program, you must commit to attending all five sessions.
