ET Summit Tours at UC Davis

We have a special limited opportunity for ET Summit 2026 registrants to tour two UC Davis facilities!

Western Cooling Efficiency Center

WCEC's mission is to accelerate the development and commercialization of efficient heating, cooling, and energy distribution solutions through innovation, R&D, stakeholder engagement, education and outreach.



UC Davis Energy and Efficiency Institute (EEI) Smart Home

The EEI Smart Home is a research and demonstration facility designed to advance energy-efficient, grid-responsive, and sustainable living.

Tours start on Monday, October 19, at 3:15 p.m. Each tour is 30 minutes long so you'll have time to attend the ET Summit's Welcome Reception at 5 p.m.

Note: The facilities are an 8-minute drive from the ET Summit at the UC Davis Conference Center. Please arrange your own transportation; parking is free. More information will be provided to the tour group the week before the ET Summit.

There is no charge for the tours, but the ETCC asks you to consider donating to the student fund at UC Davis Energy Innovation Fund.
