Register for Meditation Mondays!
Meditation Mondays is a Thrive365 program for exploring different meditative and breathing practices. Meditation is great for stress management and has been proven to help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. Each Monday of the month, a Thrive365 Coordinator will lead a meditation at 12 PM. Meditations will get progressively longer throughout the month, but feel free to stay for as little or as much as you would like.
