Sign Up For Lunch time Yoga Class
Wednesday & Friday 12:00 - 12:30pm This class will allow for a 30 minute “yogic time out” from your work day to address those areas that tend to accumulate tension when working at a computer or a desk for prolonged/sustained duration. The class will begin with a breathing technique to facilitate a connection to that part of the nervous system that is associated with rest/relaxation and allows for a reduction in general muscle tension. The participants will then be led through a series of stretches for the neck, shoulder, spine and hips, that can be done at your work station.
