Pow Wows are a celebration of Indigenous traditions, families, and culture and a way to connect the young and the old through dance, Drumming, and chants. Have you ever wondered about the Pow Wow Drum and the beautiful songs/chants that are performed? This workshop will teach you the different songs that are performed when sounding the Drum from Winnipeg’s own Indigenous artist and performer, Walking Wolf Ray Co-Co Stevenson.
