Starting on Monday, April 6th and running through Sunday, April 26th, each day I will go live in my Facebook Group with a bite sized activity for the topic of the day. These activities will take 5 to 15 minutes to do a quick check-in with how you are related to the topic and I will also give some tips on activities to boost each area.
