Wellbeing is more then the food we eat, the exercise we get and the social interactions we have.
Starting on Monday, April 6th and running through Sunday, April 26th, each day I will go live in my Facebook Group with a bite sized activity for the topic of the day. These activities will take 5 to 15 minutes to do a quick check-in with how you are related to the topic and I will also give some tips on activities to boost each area. Whether you are navigating a house full of people not normally there 24x7 or craving positive interaction from the outside world this reset is for you.
