GVRC Project Safe Guard Training
Mike Anestis and the New Jersey Gun Violence Research Center will provide a 2-hour training on Project Safe Guard (PSG), a form of lethal means counseling that has been shown to promote secure firearm storage with a single 10-15 minute conversation. The training will take place in the SPH building (Classroom 3A/B) on Wednesday, 10/18 (11:00 a.m. – 1:00 pm) and will consist of a didactic portion and the opportunity to practice engaging in PSG conversations with fellow attendees. Come learn about how you can help promote safe environments.
