COI will prepare TRIO students for competitive careers and provide access to internships and jobs. COI will launch its second cohort in the spring of 2024 for students to prepare for paid internships, full-time jobs, and career acceleration programs in the summer of 2025. COI serves SSS and McNair students with GPAs of 2.5 or higher. Students will receive career awareness, skill development, mentoring, and professional networking opportunities. COE will deliver services through a virtual platform enabling career coaching and talent recruitment.
