I oppose the proposed Reflections in the Acres project at NW 4th St & Old Hiatus Rd, as this project of 37-42 homes on property zoned for only 11 homes is not in keeping with current maximum of 1 home per acre zoning. In addition, I oppose any future rezoning of Plantation Acres, including the use of Consolidated Flex Rules that would allow greater residential density then allowed under current zoning.
