Sign Up For Slow Flow Yoga: Intermediate Practice
Thursdays 5:00-5:45 pm This class will be appropriate for those familiar with a yoga practice, who can comfortably and with relative ease transition from floor to standing, as in a sun salutation series. The class will begin w/ pranayama, breath practice , and include core strengthening, flexibility and progress to a slow flow practice, which is standing poses linked together, sun salutation series based. The class will again conclude with savasana, a guided relaxation. *You acknowledge that all exercise involves a risk of personal injury and agree to take responsibility for your health.
