Wednesdays 4:00 pm - 4:50 pm This class will address the key components important for a healthy functioning spine. Participants will be led through exercises that provide for improved flexibility of the hips and shoulders, strengthening of the abdominal and back muscles and overall balance of the musculoskeletal system. Integrating flexibility, strength and balance can contribute to a more stable and healthy functioning spine, allowing for greater ease of movement in your daily life.
