The Executive Edge

Embodied Leadership in Motion

What is executive leadership & how can the practice of Krav Maga Self-Defense develop my skills as a leader?

Situational Awareness

Anticipate potential problems and threats and take steps to mitigate them.

Productive Communication

Learn to persuade and influence others through a combination of verbal and nonverbal skills.

Making Effective Decisions

Improve and quicken effective decision-making in high-pressure environments.

This 3-day course is a unique and highly interactive organizational executive leadership class. It combines traditional leadership concepts with Krav Maga self-defense principles. Using this distinctive approach, we take academic leadership training and apply it, in real-time, with self-defense principles for a somatic leadership experience. Each of the 10 modules consists of 2 sections: 1 of lectures, case studies, and class discussion followed by 1 where participants train in a physical environment which reinforces and strengthens the leadership topic that was discussed.

A few benefits of this multi-dimensional approach are:

  • Improved self-confidence under changing conditions
  • Greater executive presence and composure under pressure
  • Better decision-making in stressful situations
  • More effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Stronger situational and environmental awareness
  • Improved mental and emotional resilience

Whether you're leading a private company, a government agency, or a nonprofit, this course is designed to equip current and aspiring leaders with the essential skills and mindset to succeed at the highest levels of their organizations.
