The collaborative is designed more broadly for leaders who:

- Lead major departments, divisions, regions, programs, or organizational initiatives
- Supervise leaders, managers, or significant staff teams
- Carry meaningful responsibility for organizational outcomes, culture, operations, or growth
- Operate with substantial organizational decision-making responsibility
