Not every church will do everything, but every church can do something

Columbia's citywide care ecosystem

Crossroads Church in Columbia, SC has established two complementary care pathways that model the provision of comprehensive, Christ‑centered care.

The Care Ministry provides free, Church‑based supportive care through trained volunteer caregivers who walk alongside individuals and families in need. These caregivers are equipped through the Church’s own training process and serve as the primary relational and spiritual support for those seeking care.

CareCola, strengthens the broader care ecosystem by offering ongoing education and support for professional counselors, pastors, and caregivers while maintaining a pathway for clients to connect with vetted directory of Christian providers. CareCola equips and supports those who provide care, while the Care Ministry delivers the care itself.

Together, these two pathways mobilize caregivers to transform lives by multiplying Church‑driven care ecosystems throughout the city.
