Our program will match you with two fellow SWE members—intentionally grouped by career stage, location, and industry—forming a tight-knit circle of support, inspiration, and real talk.
What You’ll Gain: 🧠 Mentorship and the chance to mentor 💡 Fresh perspectives and advice from women at different career stages 🌟 New professional connections that grow into true friendships 🎉 Fun, non-engineering hangouts to unwind and recharge
Program Overview: 🌱 8 month long cohort (Sept - May) during which you will be matched with your trio ✨ New theme exploring different aspects of personal and professional development every other month 💬 A detailed discussion guide will be provided covering each theme for you and your trios to utilize when you meet 🎉 1 fun in-person event will be scheduled with the full cohort every other month, including a cohort wrap event in May
Trios matched up for last cohort will be kept the same if all members of a trio sign up for the new cohort. New members and trios missing members will be assigned to trios groups as needed - all will have at least 2 other people in their trio!
Sign Up and Kickoff Event: Sign up below to join this program and RSVP for our in-person Trios Kickoff event! The Trios Kickoff event will be a dinner on September 24th at 6:30pm at Amigos Acá y Allá (940 E Belt Line Rd #142, Richardson, TX 75081) where you will be introduced to your trio and learn about our themes for the year. Attendees will be responsible for the cost of any food they purchase.
