Monthly Meditation Email List

Sign up to join our free monthly online meditation. These sessions will begin with a brief description of the meditations and how they apply to health and wellness. We'll then practice 2-3 guided meditations. All levels from beginner to experienced meditators are welcome to join.


Sessions are 50 minutes long and will typically take place on either the last Wednesday or Thursday of the month at 8pm EST.
