| This is your application for a Booth at Wayne Day 2026! Please fill out this form and submit it. Before you apply, please read the Booth Guidelines and ensure you can follow them on Wayne Day.

If your application is accepted and we have the space available, we will invoice you for the Booth and Electricity (if electricity is requested) You can pay by credit card or mail a check made payable to Wayne Day, Inc. Applications and payment are due by August 28, 2026, unless we fill up before then. Applications received after that date will only be considered if space is available, and a $125.00 late fee will be applied. All exhibit booths are allotted a 12x12 SQUARE unless granted otherwise. We provide the space; you provide the tents, tables, chairs, etc.
