Mark's rotating sequences of standing bodyweight exercises help manage symptoms such as peripheral neuropathy, swollen glands, fatigue, weakness, and poor concentration. Wear comfortable clothing, bring water and a chair for optional added support.

Bio: Mark Wild has over 15 years’ worth of experience in helping patients to deal with a diagnosis as positively as possible. His comprehensive and considerate exercise method is a reflection of the detailed knowledge and understanding he’s gained throughout his career, working directly with those affected by non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
