| Most of us think of sound as something we hear. It is also something the body measures - and responds to.
This is a one-day introduction to the Science of Sound: an unhurried, practical day in the mountains at Kaapsehoop, working with BioSonics tuning forks. You will learn what happens in the body when sound meets it, you will feel it for yourself, and you will leave with tools simple enough to use that same evening.
No previous experience is needed. Curiosity is the only requirement.
WHAT THE DAY HOLDS
Understand - how vibration travels through the body and what it does to the nervous system, taught plainly and grounded in what the evidence shows.
Experience - working hands-on with BioSonics tuning forks, and feeling the shift the body makes when it settles into what we call still point.
Apply - practical tools you can take home, for stress, for sleep, for the moments in the day when you need to come back to yourself.
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE
A workbook to keep and work from afterwards, light refreshments through the day, and six hours in the mountains at Kaapsehoop.
A limited quantity of BioSonics tuning forks will be available to purchase on the day.
