Mentorship Matters is a program dedicated to strengthening the confidence and skill set of licensed beauty professionals looking to advance their career.

Our objective is to unite the industry in building a community where professionals will receive the inspiration, encouragement and skills needed to achieve their career goals.

How Does It Work? Up to 5 applicants will be selected to learn from you as their chosen mentor. You will host three (3) 1-hour sessions over the course of 2 months, each on a specific topic of your expertise. Within these sessions mentees are able to connect with peers, gain valuable insight and ask questions directly related to their journey.

The Commitment about 4 hours over 2 months

• 3 x 1-hour digital connections with your mentee group within the 2 month period. Dates and Times set at your discretion.
• 30 minute kick-off call with Beauty Changes Lives team
• 30 minute wrap-up call with Beauty Changes Lives team
• Social Media coverage of the mentorship journey

The Result

By embracing the mentorship experience, your mentees will not only learn from the experiences of their mentor, but also from the peers in their group.

Throughout the season we will ask you to share quotes on your experience, notable accomplishments or breakthroughs, photos and videos of your journey.

You will be connected with the others mentors and BCL team to share experiences, questions, etc.
