On February 26th, 2026, the Legal Support Center for Advocates presented on “Introduction to Long Term Care Services through Medicaid Managed Care.” LSLI Staff Attorney Kimberly Bolk introduced home and community-based long-term care services provided by Medicaid that help elderly and disabled Long Island residents receive home care and other services in their homes. In addition, she provided information about how the consumer can pick a family member or friend to provide in-home caregiving services paid for by Medicaid (otherwise known as CDPAP). |
