Registering your camera or Ring doorbell not only helps deter crime, but also assists the Franklinville Police Department in its overall crime prevention strategy in your neighborhood.

It will be stored securely at the Franklinville Police Department and may be shared with law enforcement only. Unless a crime occurs in your area, you will never be contacted regarding your cameras. If a crime does occur in your neighborhood, an officer may call or visit you to ask to check your video for possible assistance in the case. Police personnel, if necessary, may request a copy of any video captured by your camera(s).
