| The 1001 NWC online accelerator is the online training for leaders in the initial stages of starting a new worshiping community to help leaders begin to think about the important questions of the why’s and how’s and the ongoing sustainability of a new worshiping community and her leaders.
The online program is facilitated by Rev. Dr. Bethany McKinney Fox and Rev. Sam Kim, seasoned new worshiping community leaders who have a depth and breadth of wisdom and experience. The learning takes place over 6 weekly 90-minute meetings. Topics include creating and communicating your vision, how to design gatherings, sustainability, theological themes, how to measure impact, building teams and developing leaders, and more. One of the best outcomes of these times is the chance to share and learn from each other’s wisdom and also in getting to know what other NWC leaders are doing around the country and to find support and kinship with one another.
