MDOA and the University of Maryland, Baltimore County Erickson School of Aging Studies will provide asset-based community development training for local community and organizational leaders in four counties during FY2025. Trainees will develop skills to identify and connect community resources for collective gain. Each community will receive a half-day training and a follow-up discussion on progress made with trained coaches.
