2026 Affiliate Membership Application

I authorize the Board to gather information and comments from any member or other person regarding my suitability for membership. I agree that any such information will be used solely for the purpose of determining membership status and will not form the basis of any action by me against the Board.



I understand that, unless I indicate otherwise, I give my permission for the Board Office to contact me by mail, fax, phone, and e-mail using the information supplied. Further, the Board has my permission to share this information with the National

Association of REALTORS® and the New York State Association of REALTORS®

NOTE: Applicant acknowledges that if accepted as a member and he/she subsequently resigns from the Board or otherwise causes

membership to terminate with an ethics complaint pending, the Board of Directors may condition renewal of membership upon applicant’s

certification that he/she will submit to the pending ethics proceeding and will abide by the decision of the hearing panel. If applicants resign

or otherwise cause membership to terminate, the duty to submit to arbitration continues to effect even after membership lapses or is

terminated, provided the dispute arose while applicant was a member.
