| Q: Who counts as a CUNY ASRC Alum? A: The CUNY ASRC has hosted researchers ranging from high school students to late-career professors. Anyone who has previously worked and/or conducted academic research at the CUNY ASRC, regardless of their initiative, associated school, or role, counts as a CUNY ASRC Alum.
Q: What if I still work/do academic research at the CUNY ASRC? (i.e., completed a masters' program and am now a doctoral student; was an an assistant professor and now an associate professor; have worked as a postdoc for more than a year) A: We love that our community continues to invest in itself. If you are still at the ASRC and (1) have a different role than when you started, or (2) have been at the ASRC for longer than a year, you are eligible to join the mailing list. In the box "Year you left the ASRC", please enter the year you qualified to become an alum (i.e., the year you changed roles or celebrated your one-year work anniversary)
Q: I want to network more directly with the community. How can I do that? A: As an Alum, you are eligible to join the private, unlisted ASRC Alumni Community Group on LinkedIn. Share your LinkedIn URL in the form below and we will add you to the group, where you can find other ASRC alumni interested in networking!
Q: I have a question or suggestion about the alumni community. What should I do? A: Reach out to Miranda Feliciano Tyson, ASRC Program Administrator for Advancement, at miranda.tyson03@gc.cuny.edu or on LinkedIn here.
