Please provide our staff with your driver's license / motorcycle endorsement, and current proof of motorcycle insurance. We will make a copy or photograph it for our records. Please read the release terms below and fill out the fields below.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

RELEASE OF MOTO AUSTIN LP I acknowledge that there is inherent risk involved in riding motorcycles and I do hereby accept and assume any and all risks of personal injury, property damage and death while operating or interacting with the above identified vehicle(s).

I hereby acknowledge that the condition of the vehicle(s) is/are satisfactory for use.

As lawful consideration for being permitted to test ride the below mentioned vehicle from Moto Austin LP, its affiliated organizations, agents, employees, officers, successors or assigns, I, for myself, and on behalf of my attorneys, family, heirs, successors, executers, administrators, distributes, guardians, legal representatives and assigns hereby irrevocably and unconditionally release, acquit and forever discharge Moto Austin LP, it's affiliated organizations, agents, employees, officers, successors or assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, obligations, damages, causes of action, costs, losses, and attorney's fees and expenses related to the result or consequences which may arise as a result of riding, operating, or interacting with the below mentioned vehicle, including but not limited to injury, damage and/or death. I acknowledge that I ride, use and interact with the above mentioned vehicle (s) at my own risk.

2) ASSUMPTIONS OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE

I hereby accept full responsibility for the vehicle(s) described above while in my care, use or possession. I have inspected the vehicle(s) and I hereby acknowledge that the condition of the vehicles) is/are new: demonstrator with only demonstration miles and otherwise as new; used with these known damages.

I hereby assume full responsibility for any repairs, replacement, and/or labor to restore the vehicle to the above condition that would result from any damage suffered by the vehicle under my care. I understand and acknowledge that I am responsible for all costs of any and all repairs and/or replacement of parts or the entire vehicle at full retail (MSP) on new and listed price on used if needed. I hereby assume full responsibility for towing, repair estimate charges, storage fees, interest charges and any other dealer damages while the vehicle is repaired or claim is settled. I hereby assume full responsibility for the cost at full retail (MSRP) on new and listed price on used of the vehicle, towing, reclamation, interest charges and any other dealer damages if it is stolen while under my care.

I have read and fully understand this document and its contents. I further understand that this is a release of liability, an assumption by me of responsibility and a contract between myself and Moto Austin LP its affiliated organizations, agents, employees, officers, successors, or assigns.
