The County of Tulare is supporting the creation of a new Community Plan to help guide future growth in East Porterville. A Community Plan helps guide how land can be used and identifies community needs such as roads, transportation, services, business opportunities, and other improvements. Join us to learn about the planning process, share what you know about East Porterville, and help identify local needs and opportunities.
Community Workshops will take place through 2026-27.
